The Filusio illusion coach is an old, converted railway coach at Fillisur station. Enter to find a fascinating world full of optical illusions on a wide range of railway topics that shortens waiting times for visitors in a special way. Seemingly endless rooms and surprising perspectives allow visitors to linger in infinity and make waiting an experience in itself.
Nine fascinating stations:
Peephole: A door viewer provides a view of the outside, revealing attractions that do not actually exist.
RhB rooms: The pyramid-shaped rooms appear surprisingly deep when viewed from the front.
Portrait illusion: The portrait of Willem Jan Holsboer includes a 3D effect in which his head seems to rotate.
Interactive railcars: Two large light boxes to discover.
Floating track: Distorted surrounding surfaces lend the track, which serves as a signpost, a weightless impression.
Moirée sliders: Move the slider to reveal vivid motifs on layered printed films.
Escher Viaduct: A model of the Landwasser Viaduct is presented in a showcase as a sophisticated optical illusion.
World record: Obliquely arranged mirrors create an impressive endless effect for positioned objects.
Anti-gravity carriage: Playing with gravity creates a unique photospot that turns group shots into a highlight.
