Landwasser Express
To the Landwasser Viaduct with the choo choo train
An amazing work of art is situated on the Albula Line, half way between Chur and St. Moritz: 142 metres long, 65 metres high, and supported by five stone pillars – the Landwasser Viaduct. You certainly need a little time to appreciate this masterpiece in all its glory. And the vantage point near Filisur is the perfect place to do just that. An information kiosk, benches and a BBQ site invite you to linger in front of the historical backdrop. In the summer, the vantage point is easy to reach in just 30 minutes by choo choo train from Filisur station. On the exciting ride full of scenic highlights, there is lots to find out about the Landwasser Viaduct, the UNESCO World Heritage site and the entire region.
*Runs from 17.05.2025 – 18.10.2025 on Tuesdays to Saturdays (Sundays and Mondays are closed).
*Young children until the age of 6 years that do not need their own seat travel free of charge. The same is true of dogs.
