Local museum and model railway in Bergün

Experience history

Built around 1600, the house reflects the Engadin building tradition and shows family life in Bergün over the past three centuries. Against this backdrop of local history, the local museum in Bergün serves as a meeting place for contemporary cultural life. It can be used for events and marriage ceremonies, and also houses the municipal library. A particular attraction is the true-to-scale replica of the Bergün-Preda railway line, which is considered an engineering masterpiece in the UNESCO World Heritage “Rhaetian Railway in the Albula/Bernina Landscapes”.
