Launch of the Landwasser World & World Heritage Days

Experience a weekend full of discoveries, railway experiences and entertainment for the whole family.
On the weekend of 14 / 15 June 2025, the entire region will be celebrating the Rhaetian Railway and the UNESCO World Heritage site. Visitors will be able to experience historical locomotives and railway coaches, various guided tours of the Landwasser World and RhB in miniature format.
The viaduct shuttle will travel to the new Schmitten GR Landwasser Viaduct stop, while the Historcial train will run between Filisur and Davos and the Historic Heidi Shuttle Train between Filisur and Bergün.
Families can look forward to a varied programme of fun and games with children’s conductor Clà Ferrovia, while local restaurateurs provide for the physical well-being and convivial moments in the marquee in Filisur.

Information Landwasser World passes The Landwasser World passes combine trips on public transport in the Landwasser World with various attractions in the region.
There are three versions of the pass with different benefits.
Information UNESCO World Heritage Pass It is also possible to experience the launch event with the World Heritage Pass. With the this pass, you can travel as often as you like on the trains between Thusis and Tirano for two days (excluding the Bernina and Glacier Express).

Car access to Filisur station is not permitted.
Parking: Parking at Filisur sports field
Shuttle bus service: Free transfer from the car park to the festival site
The main festival site is located at Filisur railway station. There are other items on the programme in Bergün at the Railway Museum, at the Landwasser Viaduct picnic area and at Alvaneu and Wiesen railway stations. We recommend you travel by public transport.
